In this role you will be expected to maximise your existing broker and aggregator relationships to foster and build Quest Finance’s presence in the Victorian or Queensland Market. Ideally, we want someone who is looking to own the Victorian or Queensland market and build a strong team under them.
What will you be doing?
- Grow your portfolio by liaising and executing from a vast network of asset finance broker partners
- On boarding and training of new brokers
- Work with the team on the day to day management of transaction
- Being across competitor products and market trends to identify opportunities and weaknesses
- Manage brokers and investors marketing and business development activities
- Ensuring your monthly KPI’s are met on a regular basis
- Attendance and participation at Industry events, PD Days, Conferences and training sessions
- Strong experience as a BDM in the asset finance space
- Proven experience in finding and on boarding new brokers
- You’re good at managing relationships and networking across internal and external stake holders
- Ability to work autonomously
- You obsess over customers’ needs and are motivated to provide the absolute best service
- Excellent Communication skills and attention to detail
- Current drivers licence and willingness to travel
